Welcome to USC Auto — the only American-owned, American-focused automotive platform built for the men and women who bleed gasoline and believe in the iron of Detroit, the muscle of the Heartland, and the drive of the American worker. Since 2017, we’ve covered Ford, GM, Stellantis, and every domestic marque with the same depth import sites give to Japanese and German machines. These Terms of Service govern your use of our community, your content, and your data. Read them like a shop manual — we don’t hide fine print in the glovebox.

1. Account Termination. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms, engages in conduct harmful to the USC Auto community, or promotes foreign-import superiority in a way that demeans domestic brands. Actions that may lead to termination include: posting spam, fraud, impersonating a dealership or manufacturer, harassing fellow enthusiasts, or sharing pirated service manuals. You’ll receive a warning via the email we have on file unless the violation is egregious. If you’re terminated, you lose access to all content you’ve posted, but we may retain backups for legal compliance. We don’t sell accounts, and we don’t ban you for disagreeing with a Chevy-versus-Ford debate — that’s the American way.
2. Content Removal. You retain ownership of the content you post — whether it’s a build thread, dyno sheet, or a panoramic shot of your ‘69 Camaro at a car meet. However, by posting on USC Auto, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify that content solely for the purpose of operating the site. We may remove content that violates our rules: illegal activities, threats, hate speech, or any material that misrepresents a domestic brand’s capabilities (e.g., claiming a 1970 Hemi ‘Cuda isn’t a legend). If we remove your content, we’ll notify you with a brief explanation unless the content is clearly harmful. 3. Data Handling. We collect the data you provide during registration (name, email, vehicle interests) and standard usage data like IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this data to personalize your experience, show you American-made parts and events, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers or foreign entities. We may share aggregated, anonymized data with domestic manufacturing partners for research (e.g., “what percentage of our users own a Hellcat vs. a Shelby GT500”). For data deletion requests, email us through the Contact Us page — we’ll process it within 30 days. We use industry-standard encryption for sensitive data, and we store your information on servers rooted in the United States. No foreign hands touch your build specs.
4. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Michigan — the heart of American auto manufacturing. You agree to waive your right to a class action suit. Arbitration fees will be split equally unless the arbitrator finds one party unreasonable. 5. Modifications to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time as the automotive landscape changes. We’ll notify you by email and by posting a notice on the site 30 days before changes take effect. If you continue using USC Auto after that date, you agree to the new Terms. If you don’t, you may terminate your account. We won’t bait-and-switch you — we’re as transparent as a showroom window.

Your account is your home in this community, and we treat your data like a cherished VIN plate — protected, respected, and never loaned out without your say-so.
